Hi Everyone & Welcome to our blog. We decided to start this so that people can see what is going on in our lives if they would like! So here is a little rundown about what has been going on with us lately...

Ava is becoming such a big girl! She will be turning 3 on April 6th and she definitely has the sassy gene! Being the oldest of 2 oldest children, she is sure that she is in charge!!! But Ava is also very sweet. She is absolutely a daddy's girl and pretty much loves everything daddy does... especially the drums! Ava is also very girly and likes to dress up, pick out her outfits and the girl likes herself a nice purse! She spends alot of time playing "little mommy" taking care of her dolly's & our poor dog Reese, who she drags off to her room every night so he can sleep with her!

Sam is doing wonderful. In July of 2006 he started a job with a company called SAS Global. He is a Marketing Specialist designing marketing materials, their chinese website and trade show displays. He really likes it there and the job is a wonderful blessing considering the economic climate in Michigan! On top of Sam's regular job he has also started a custom drum company called Detroit Custom Drums. http://www.detroitcustomdrumco.com/
The company is growing more & more and he is getting alot of great responses, so it is very exciting!

I am also doing well. Currently I am a nanny for two little girls: Isabella & GiGi. It is two days a week and Ava comes with me. It is a very nice set up and I feel blessed to have found such a great family! I also work a few nights a week at the Olive Garden which always makes for some interesting stories around here! It is a crazy schedule sometimes, but we like it because Ava is always with either me or Sam so we never have to worry about a babysitter! We love it!
I am also working on starting my own photography business. I have done a few portraits & some wedding work, so if you know anyone who needs a photographer, send them my way!

On Top of all of this, Sam & I are going to be heading up our young marrieds
group through our church (Community Christian Church in sterling Heights)
