Scene: Mom on couch folding laundry. (please note: this is a RARE occurence & daughter is probably confused.) Daughter brings mother RIDICULOUS video: Skydancers. (ok this is awful entertainment, we were given this by someone who was mean & angry at us (YOU know who you are) We watched it once and it made me want to go to the dentist instead, but Ava FELL IN LOVE with it.)
Ava: Can we watch this? (in Ava dialect it's just "watch")
Me: No! That's annoying.
Ava: Oh.....watch annoying?

Doesn't it hurt a little how sweet & innocent our children can be? And then they become a little bit more jaded when their dear mommy calls the show they love annoying.

Bitter are the tears of a child: Sweeten them.
Deep are the thoughts of a child: Quiet them.
Sharp is the grief of a child: Take it from him.
Soft is the heart of a child: Do not harden it.
