GI woke up with this song in my head on Sunday morning. I couldn't place why I heard this song.... In fact all that kept going through my head was :
"My Savior was, my Savior is, My Savior's always gonna be"
After finally reasoning with myself that I had heard this song earlier in the week and that was why I was dreaming those words and this tune. Then I thought ( I am so good at inner dialouge :) )
that maybe God was just speaking through this song. Maybe instead of rationalizing, I could listen. Maybe I could take a moment to really look at what God wants to tell me.
"My God He was, my God He is, My God, He's always gonna be"

Christ shows Himself to you over and over until all you can do is ACTUALLY SEE HIM. How long did I walk without truly seeing His Goodness, His Faithfullness, His Grace, His everlasting Love?
My Savior loves, my Savior lives , My Savior's always there for me,

God doesn't change overnight. God doesn't just decide to love you after not loving you for a few months, years, days, weeks, hours. He has always loved you. He has always been good and gracious and faithful.
I want to walk in that truth. Even if I am not getting what I want at a particular moment, I want to stand firm and know that :
My God He was, my God He is, My God, He's always gonna be
My Savior loves, my Savior lives , My Savior's always there for me"
He is the same God that changed your life when you first gave yourself to Him
He is the same God that gave you a miracles
He is the same God that gave you answers to prayer.
He is the same God that gave you comfort.
He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.
The only thing that changes is us.

The Lord has sent this message to every land:
"Tell the people of Israel,`Look, your Savior is coming.
See, he brings his reward with him as he comes.' "
