Madeline had her first blood test a couple of weeks ago and her levels came back normal! Yea!!! For those of you who don't know, because of Madeline's diagnosis with Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome, she must have her AFP levels tested every 6 weeks until she is 4 years old to screen for possible cancer.
She did really good at the test. It wasn't awful. She is little trooper.
So 1 down 33 more to go.
We are going to try to make it a fun day for her when we have to go.... Fortunately for Ava, she will get to enjoy it too and it will mostly be her enjoying it for the first year!

After the test we took a trip to McDonalds
